§1 Scope of Service
Alpha provides consumer advocacy and support services to pursue a Favorable Outcome on behalf of the Client. Alpha does not buy, sell, or transfer the timeshare. Alpha is not a law firm. All legal matters, if required, are handled by retained attorneys.
§3 Payment Decisions
Alpha does not advise, instruct, or coerce the Client to stop making payments to the resort or lender. All payment decisions are made solely by the Client and are the Client's responsibility.
§8 Refund Policy
If no Favorable Outcome is obtained within the Guarantee Term (36 months from Effective Date), the Client may request a full refund of the Service Fee or elect to extend the term at no additional cost. Refund requests must be made in writing.
Alpha EasyPay — Important Disclaimer
Alpha EasyPay is a 0% interest, 12-month installment plan available to qualifying clients. This is not the same as third-party financing.
If third-party financing is discussed or selected, a separate credit application is required and a credit check will be run by the lender. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the lender's creditworthiness determination. Only if you apply for third-party financing may this affect your credit.
§11 Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under applicable arbitration rules.
